MVV submitted an appeal (reference 6002440) to the Planning Inspectorate in December 2025 following the refusal of the planning application (reference APP/23/00822/F) by BCP Council’s Western Planning Committee on 12 June 2025.
On 20 February 2026, the Planning Inspectorate’s Environmental Services Team issued MVV with a request for further information pursuant to Regulation 25 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations.
